In 2010, Chad Xavier Slater, Sr. received his Professional Engineer’s License and became one of the licensed MEP consultants in Texas with the license number 107743 by satisfactorily complying with the qualifications required under the Texas Engineering Practice Act in 2010. After two years (2012), he decided to establish the company known today as Source2load Engineering and Consulting.  Bearing the registration number F-15125, Chad and his team continuously provide Professional Engineering services all around the state. Currently, the company is known to be a licensed MEP engineering company headquartered in Houston, Texas but continues to provide its services to other states where it also received similar licenses to operate.
