Chad X. Slater, PE

Chad X. Slater is the Owner of Source2Load Engineering and Consulting (S2L) and has over twenty (20) years of engineering and project management experience. Chad is extremely customer focused with high interpersonal, organizational, and leadership skills. Knowledgeable in all aspects of IBC, UPC, UMC, IEEE, NEC, codes, standards, and local requirements. S2L has a proven record of delivering service that meets customer expectations and construction deadlines. Chad has designed and managed several MEP and Electrical Engineering projects. His responsibility has included total administration, construction, management, financial analysis, and project time/completion control.

Taylor Johnson

Daniel supports electrical and plumbing designs for residential and commercial projects. Daniel’s deliverable experience includes Retail, Restaurants, Residential, Religious Facilities, Daycare Centers, and more. He also supports field assessments as well as construction administration activities.
